WALT ... find the fractions of colours in our smarties packetsOn Monday we counted the number of smarties in our packets, then found out the fraction of colours in the box. After we had completed our worksheet we got to eat the smarties. Just goes to prove .... fractions are fun!
We also learnt a fun way to remember the numerator and denominator ... remember that denominator starts with d which is the first letter of the word down which is where the denominator is eg
